AI Governance Platform for the Enterprise

Notice to Reader: This is a structural draft of the Terms of Service container for Wahid AI. The final wording represents legal text and must be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.

1. Acceptance

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the Wahid AI platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Definitions

"Service" refers to the Wahid AI software platform, GRC intake pipelines, policy assessment interfaces, and reporting engines operated by Effective Risk Management Pty Ltd.

3. The Service

Wahid AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform under the subscription terms specified in your corporate service agreement.

4. Accounts & Access

Users must keep login credentials secure. Accounts may not be shared between individuals. Access is governed under role-based controls assigned by your organization's administrators.

5. Acceptable Use

The platform must not be used to submit malicious code, bypass security controls, reverse-engineer proprietary algorithms, or store information in violation of local laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, source code, designs, and logical scoring assets of Wahid AI are the exclusive property of Effective Risk Management Pty Ltd.

7. Customer Data

Customers retain all intellectual property rights and ownership over policy records, system specifications, and use-case data uploaded to the platform.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat proprietary system details, pricing agreements, and security specifications as confidential information.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is". Wahid AI does not warrant that the service will be error-free or that the assessments satisfy all statutory requirements of your jurisdiction.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under law, Effective Risk Management Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or data loss.

11. Term & Termination

Terms are active until subscription termination. Wahid AI reserves the right to suspend accounts displaying security concerns or payment defaults.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
